Managing your services through our portal is easy. To get started, follow the steps below.
- Log into the client portal by visiting 'portal.fallstech.group'
- Once you're logged into your dashboard, you will see four main tiles. Click on the Services tile.
- Once you're on the services page, you can select which service you want to manage. Click on the service to open the page.
- From the product page you can manage a number of different things.
- On the Left-Hand Sidebar you can:
- Log into your cPanel Account
- Log into your Webmail Accounts
- Change your cPanel Password
- Upgrade / Downgrade Your Account
- Request Service Cancellation
- On the Main Window you can:
- See Usage Statistics
- Manage your Service Domain
- Manage Add-Ons and Extras
- Jump to Common Areas of cPanel
- Quickly Create Email Accounts
- View Your Service Billing Info
- View Configurable Options
- View Additional Information such as WordPress Deployment Information
- On the Left-Hand Sidebar you can:
