We provide a one-stop solution for WordPress which includes hosting, and all maintenance and management required to keep your website running well and performing at its best.

Below is what we currently include in your plan

WordPress Staging	A staging environment to copy your WordPress install to make changes.	Restricted to one staging site per hosting account.
Uptime Monitoring	We monitor your site for any outages to get proactive notifications of outages.
Downtime Mitigation	We will automatically begin repairs as soon as any outage is detected.	Mitigations for user-incurred downtime may fall outside of coverage.
Off-Site Backups + 30 Day Retention	We will backup your website every day and keep 30 days worth of copies.	Requires Our Backup Plugin to Be Installed
Free Migrations into FTG	We will migrate any WordPress website into FTG's hosting services for free.	We currently do not provide free migrations for WordPress Multisite.
HTML, CSS & JS Optimization	We will optimize your HTML, CSS, and JS for compressed delivery.	Requires Our Performance Plugin to Be Installed
Image Compression + Resizing	We will optimize your images and resize them for compressed delivery.	Requires Our Performance Plugin to Be Installed
CDN Connection for Media Delivery	We will distribute your media on our internal CDN to reduce load times.	Requires Our Performance Plugin to Be Installed
Optimizations for Elementor	We will optimize your Elementor installation for best practices to ensure that your environment is set up properly.	Optimizations are only applied if Elementor is detected on your WordPress instance.
Phone, Email & Live Chat Support	We will provide phone, email, and live chat support during our standard contact center hours.	Restricted STRICTLY to authorized parties on the account only.
